Haute Concierge is not liable for the acts, omissions, failures, or negligence of any third-party supplier. Any claims arising from services provided by third parties should be directed to the relevant supplier.
We exercise reasonable care in selecting and working with suppliers, but cannot guarantee the continuous availability, quality, or performance of third-party services.
The fees applicable to our services will be communicated to you prior to service confirmation. Fees may include a service or facilitation fee charged by Haute Concierge in addition to any third-party costs.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or confirmation. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
We reserve the right to require payment in advance for bookings involving significant third-party costs.
Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the nature of the service and the policies of the relevant third-party suppliers. We will communicate applicable policies to you at the time of booking.
Where a cancellation fee applies, this will be charged in accordance with the terms of the relevant supplier or as agreed in your service agreement. Haute Concierge’s own facilitation fees are non-refundable once a service request has been confirmed and actioned.
Haute Concierge treats all client information with the utmost discretion. We will not disclose your personal details, preferences, or service history to any party other than those directly involved in delivering your requested services, or where required by law.
Clients are equally expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, pricing, or operational details shared by Haute Concierge.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Haute Concierge or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haute Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
